Information we collect

We collect your name, email and message, together with any project name, service type and preferred language you provide. Name, email, message and acknowledgement of this policy are required to submit the contact form; optional fields may be left blank. If you become a client, we also process the professional contact, project, contractual and invoicing details necessary to provide the agreed services. Please do not include personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

Purposes and legal bases

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, prepare a quotation and, where agreed, provide services and manage the contract. Steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of that contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General professional enquiries and correspondence with representatives of client organisations rely on our legitimate interest in managing business communications and professional relationships under Article 6(1)(f). Mandatory invoicing and other legal records rely on Article 6(1)(c). The privacy checkbox acknowledges that you have read this policy; it does not authorise marketing. This form does not subscribe you to course updates.

Recipients and service providers

Framer provides website hosting and form submission services. Our email and technical service providers process enquiries as needed to deliver those services. Where necessary for an agreed project, authorised collaborators and professional advisers may receive relevant information subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements. Information may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

International processing

Hosting, form and email providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards are required for such transfers, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where appropriate. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for as long as necessary to answer your request and manage any related quotation or professional relationship. Contractual and invoicing records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Where necessary, relevant records may be retained with restricted access to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, and deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction or objection where applicable by emailing oterovisual@gmail.com or writing to the postal address below. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may request information needed to verify your identity. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
